National Equestrian Institute of Avenches

Located in Avenches, the ENA is an ideal place to organise important events. Covering more than 142 hectares, the Equestrian Institute offers unique facilities for the practice of all disciplines. With 20 km of tracks and 7 hectares of sand spread over the site, horse and rider pairs have countless opportunities to compete and train in the best conditions. Our restaurant "Le Paddock" can accommodate over 300 people.

The Equestrian Institute has already hosted the FEI European Eventing Championships, the European Pony Jumping Championships, international trotting and gallop races and the Horse Festival.

2022 will once again be rich in emotion, as in addition to the FEI Eventing Nations Cup, Avenches will also host the Swiss Regional Jumping Championship and the Swiss Young Horse Cup from 26 to 28 August. On 11 September, the show will move to our racecourse for the highly anticipated Prix du Président.
